Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 7.00am-10.00am, Saturday and Sunday 9.00am-12.00pm.
Please note the session start times are staggered at half an hour intervals. This does not mean you only have 30 minutes in the water, you may stay for the full hour after your session start time.
Our inductions provide a structured introduction to the practice, ensuring you learn the essential techniques for acclimatising to chilly temperatures safely. From understanding the physiological benefits to mastering proper breathing and cold water immersion techniques, our inductions empower you to make the most of your cold water swimming experience.
Join us as we guide you through the fundamentals, building your confidence and camaraderie with fellow enthusiasts. Whether you're a seasoned swimmer or a newcomer to the world of cold plunges, our inductions are your gateway to a refreshing and exhilarating aquatic adventure!
Cold Water inductions with our qualified Open Water Coach, Gill, are available on Thursdays at 8.00am. There will be inductions once a month on a Sunday - Please check with the lido team which Sundays have sessions.
Tickets for these appear in the time slots for these days. The induction sessions are around 30 mins long in groups of up to six. You are welcome to wear a wet suit or swimsuit, the decision is yours!
