Hi, I’m Ayla — a classical comprehensive Pilates instructor helping people move with strength, ease, and confidence.
My journey into Pilates began after being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, a period marked by fatigue and joint pain. Through the classical Pilates method, combined with cold-water swimming and a Paleo-inspired lifestyle, I discovered powerful, natural ways to restore my energy and rebuild strength. This personal transformation is the foundation of how I teach.
I trained at PI Studios in Battersea under Holly Murray, a Romana-trained teacher devoted to preserving the original classical Pilates system. I’m passionate about honouring this authentic method in every session.
Soupe Pilates is a supportive, welcoming space for all — whether you’re completely new to Pilates, returning after a break, navigating injury, or moving through life transitions. Every session is thoughtfully tailored to your body, your goals, and your wellbeing.
